We are looking for a Housekeeper Supervisor for this wonderful property—someone who will be fully independent in ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness and who will lead the team towards efficiency and proactiveness. This is a hands-on role and therefore requires an individual who will lead by example and work on the floor alongside the team on a daily basis. The Housekeeper Supervisor will manage the department alongside the Group Housekeeper Manager and the Hotel Manager, guarantee good stock levels, and implement excellent training programs & SOPs, ensuring an impeccable level of cleanliness throughout guests’ bedrooms, the hotel’s public areas, and the department’s coordination and efficiency.

• Lead by example on the floor and oversee daily housekeeping operations.
• Collaborate with the Group Housekeeper Manager and the Hotel Manager to manage the department.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and training programs & SOPs are implemented.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness in guests’ bedrooms and public areas.
• Coordinate departmental activities professionally and efficiently.

• Experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and chemical handling.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written, with strong communication skills.
