The Operations Director

They are seeking a senior, entrepreneurial leader from the restaurant operational sector, luxury restaurants, someone with experience in restaurant businesses or high-growth hospitality/tech brands expanding operations into Europe. The Director will lead European operations, build and develop teams, scale the business, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate property leaders and associates to deliver exceptional service and operational consistency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop teams across Europe, setting high performance standards.
  • Drive commercial results, manage budgets, and oversee P and L performance.
  • Scale operations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting growth and operational excellence in new markets.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in hospitality, lifestyle, or service leadership, ideally with European expansion experience.
Skills
  • Strong operational, administrative, and financial acumen.
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Growth mindset, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel across Europe.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Mac systems.
