This is the perfect opportunity for students to gain invaluable experience in hotel operations and play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences as a Hospitality Placement Trainee.

During your 10‑12 month placement, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the heart of hotel operations. Your focus will be in one of these key departments:

• Front Office:
  Assist with front desk operations, from check‑ins and check‑outs to guest inquiries, helping ensure a seamless arrival and departure for our guests.
• Food & Beverage:
  Get involved in the action! Take orders, serve meals, and make sure every guest enjoys their dining experience to the fullest.
• Meetings & Events:
  Play a vital role in coordinating events and conferences, making sure every detail is executed to perfection.
• Housekeeping:
  Support the housekeeping team in maintaining the pristine cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring comfort for all.

• You are currently studying towards a hospitality degree
• You are available for the 10‑12 month placement duration
• Able to be based in London for the programme – we do not offer accommodation
• You’ll need to ambitious, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
• Go above and beyond to meet guest needs and solve any challenges.
• Collaborate with a wide variety of teams, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless experience for all guests.

• Salary: £12.71 per hour
• 30 days of holiday per year - including bank holidays, increasing with years of service
