Position: Hospitality Manager - Monday to Friday

Overview

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Manager (or Corporate Hospitality Manager) to join our team and lead our prestigious directors' dining room and corporate hospitality operation at our client's headquarters. Reporting directly to our Regional Director, you'll take full ownership of delivering a best-in-class, premium hospitality experience, overseeing a team of 10 Food and Beverage Assistants and an Assistant Manager, and ensuring exceptional service standards across all corporate hospitality functions.

As Hospitality Manager, you'll lead, manage, and develop a team of 10 Food and Beverage Assistants and an Assistant Manager, driving recruitment strategy, induction programmes, and ongoing professional development whilst providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build a high-performing team. You'll take full ownership of directors' dining room operations, meeting room services, executive breakfasts, and luxury lunch buffet experiences, ensuring impeccable, innovative, and premium food and beverage offerings that position us as best-in-class and premium in the market whilst championing health and safety compliance and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll build and maintain strong relationships with directors, senior executives, and key internal stakeholders, delivering bespoke, tailored experiences for high-profile client entertaining and executive events whilst acting as the primary point of contact for VIP requirements and representing the hospitality function at senior management meetings. Managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving commercial performance across the operation, you'll oversee procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management to achieve best value whilst monitoring stock levels, reducing waste, and providing regular financial reporting and analysis to the Regional Director.

Working closely with central departments including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Facilities, you'll collaborate on company-wide initiatives, events, and hospitality strategy whilst sharing best practices and contributing to wider organisational objectives.

We're seeking a proven Hospitality Manager with a strong track record in senior food and beverage management, ideally within corporate hospitality, business and industry, or workplace catering, who brings exceptional leadership skills, outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities at all levels, and strong commercial acumen with demonstrable budget and cost management experience. You'll possess meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to premium, best-in-class service standards, an innovative mindset with a passion for pushing boundaries in food and beverage excellence, and the strategic thinking ability to balance operational demands with long-term vision alongside flexibility, initiative, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
