We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a passionate Hotel Manager to join a boutique luxury property in London.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the highest standards of presentation are maintained at all times
- Directly manage the Front of House team, delivering exceptional five-star service consistently
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to achieve financial targets
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a Hotel Manager within a luxury boutique hotel
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and develop a small team
- Friendly and bubbly personality; service-driven and confident in leading both front-facing and financial operations
