, situated in the Mezzanine of the iconic Royal Exchange.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Reception & Reservations Manager to lead our front-of-house and reservations operations. The ideal candidate will be a professional, highly organized, and approachable individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for managing the reception coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth operations across all guest touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily reception and reservations operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
- Lead, train, and manage reception and reservations staff to maintain efficiency, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Manage all bookings, enquiries, and guest communications across multiple channels.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service and event execution.
- Monitor occupancy, availability, and reservation systems, implementing improvements where needed.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and data protection policies.
- Prepare reports on reservations, guest flow, and operational performance.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in reception, reservations, or front-of-house.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Professional and approachable, with strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with reservation and front desk systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
