• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with all customers to provide profitable and efficient account management
• Use reports, local knowledge, competitive analysis and networking skills to find new opportunities for the hotel
• Attract revenue in line with our business strategy and budget
• Implement agreed Sales Action Plans related to their market areas
• Follow up on all potential sales leads
• Carefully plan sales calls into defined objectives
• Conduct extensive competitor research and maintain excellent product knowledge of the hotels

You have previous experience in a sales management role within the premium hospitality segment, ideally within a hotel environment. With excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, you take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth. Professional, adaptable, and client-focused, you excel at building long-term business relationships while aligning with overall business objectives.
