• Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to upon arrival.
• Perform the check‑in process efficiently, issuing room keys and providing information about hotel facilities.
• Handle the check‑out process, including billing, payments, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
• Liaise with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to meet guest needs and requests.

Previous experience in a luxury hotel front office is preferred. Strong communication skills, familiarity with hotel management software, and proficient computer skills are essential. You should be comfortable working the night shift.
