Cocktail Bartender

We’re expanding our team and looking for a bartender who blends skill, personality, and hospitality.

• Craft classic and signature cocktails to a high standard.
• Provide warm, attentive, and personalised service to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient bar area.
• Manage stock levels, assist with inventory, and restock as needed.
• Handle cash/card payments accurately.
• Contribute to a welcoming, elegant, and upbeat atmosphere.
• Support team members during service to ensure a smooth flow.
• Uphold all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

• Previous bartending experience in a bar, lounge, or hospitality venue.
• Strong cocktail‑making and mixology knowledge.
• Confident, friendly, and polished communication style.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Team‑oriented and reliable.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.

Experience: Required

Employment: Full‑time

Schedule: Fri - Sat 6pm-2am

Salary: £12 – £20 hourly
