We are currently looking for a passionate In Room Dining
Manager
, to join our In Room Dining on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. • As a In Room Dining
  Manager
  , your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
• · Oversee all aspects of In-Room Dining to ensure service consistently meets and exceeds LQA and five-star luxury standards.
• · Ensure flawless execution of the guest journey, from order taking to service delivery and post-service follow-up
• · Lead, train, and mentor the In Room Dining team in service etiquette, LQA standards and luxury protocols
• · Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and payroll in line with operational needs and service excellence
• · Collaborate closely with Culinary, Front Office, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless coordination
• · Monitor guest feedback, anticipate guest preferences and ensure personalized service for repeat and long-stay guests

You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and, in any event, not less than hours.
