Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an exceptional Concierge to join our Front Office team.
This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury hotels and a deep understanding of London, who is committed to delivering intuitive and highly personalised service at every guest interaction.
About the roleAs a Concierge, you will be responsible for responding to a wide range of guest requests, accurately assessing individual needs and adding thoughtful personal recommendations to enhance the guest journey. You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences while upholding the service standards, values, and policies of Four Seasons. You will be required to adapt to the evolving needs of the Front Office and Guest Services operation and thrive in a fast paced, luxury environment that demands discretion, adaptability, and exceptional attention to detail.
Whatyou will do
- Proven experience working as a Concierge within a five star luxury hotel environment.
- Current membership of Les Clefs d’Or is required.
- Advanced and up to date knowledge of London, including restaurants, arts, culture, events, and wider UK destinations.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English.
- Additional languages are advantageous but not essential.
- A flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and night shifts as required to ensure full Concierge coverage.
- The legal right to work in the UK is required.
