What You’ll Do
  • Manage stock and maintain quality standards across your pub
  • Lead opening and closing procedures
  • Motivate the team, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards of service
  • Ensure excellent training for new team members and continuously improve team performance
  • Uphold the groups brand and reputation in every aspect of operations
Skills And Experience We’re Looking For
  • A positive, can:do attitude with a passion for hospitality
  • Strong understanding of the pub/restaurant industry and market competitors
  • Leadership skills with proven experience managing teams
  • Dedication to excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Ability to deliver and maintain the groups brand standards
