Housekeeper, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

Citadines Trafalgar Square London is seeking a confident Housekeeper to become part of our Team. Our properties operate 24/7; therefore, the department works on an early and late shift, on a rotating basis.

You will report to the Head Housekeeper, supporting towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.

• Leading the Housekeeping Team, managing both employees and external workers through our outsourced partners, ensuring that the standards of cleaning, hygiene, stock control and staffing are maintained
• Planning, organising and supervising the cleaning services within the property
• Dealing with suppliers, trade associations, outsourced partners, ensuring linen, uniform, consumable and staff costs are within budget
• Supporting on departmental communications
• Supporting on reporting and budget for the Housekeeping Team

• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to lead and develop teams
• Ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
• Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly
• A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
