Front of House Manager; Luxury Residential Property

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a passionate Front of House Manager to join a prestigious luxury residential property in London
.

This role is ideal for a Front of House professional with a strong commercial background who is eager to broaden their experience within the luxury residential sector
.

• Ensure the highest standards of presentation are maintained at all times, with Front of House areas and teams consistently meeting five-star audit standards
• Proactively lead the visitor and resident experience
  , including lobby hosting, personalised welcomes, VIP handling, and group visits
• Directly manage the Front of House team, ensuring exceptional five-star service delivery at all times
• Develop, review, implement, and maintain Front of House SOPs
  , service manuals, and Health & Safety documentation
• Confidently conduct one-to-one meetings
  , monthly service reviews, investigations, disciplinary meetings, and overall team performance management

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Front of House Manager in a commercial reception and residential concierge services within a luxury or mixed-use development, delivering bespoke services, and engaging with HNW and VIP stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop teams
• Proven experience managing large teams (15+ people)
• friendly, bubbly personality, service-driven, and confident in leading front-facing operations
