• Oversee daily F&B operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth, stylish service.
• Inspire and support a team of hosts, servers, bartenders, and chefs.
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and performance development.
• Collaborate on menus, promotions, and guest experiences that surprise and delight.
• Act as manager when needed, demonstrating confidence and capability.

• Previous experience in a management role in a luxury or lifestyle F&B setting.
