Location: Greater London

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first impression and the lasting memory. You'll greet guests with warmth, handle requests with flair, and ensure every stay is seamless, stylish, and sincerely personal.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and a polished presence.
  • Manage check‑ins, check‑outs and reservations with efficiency and care.
  • Handle guest queries, requests and feedback with confidence and empathy.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge and F&B to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold brand standards at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a front office or guest‑facing role, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
  • A guest‑first mindset and a calm, confident approach to problem‑solving.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking and organisational skills.
  • A polished appearance and a warm, professional demeanour.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
