As a Casual Room Attendant, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
  • To clean all allocated bedrooms to the highest standards following departmental SOP
  • To look after bedroom corridors and pantries on the allocated floor
  • To conduct daily Spring Clean in allocated room following departmental SOP
  • Physically check daily status of all assigned apartments in order to identify, solve and minimize any discrepancy.
  • To handle all Lost Property items in accordance to departmental SOP
  • To greet our guests in line with our LQA Standards
