• Clean and maintain back and front of house areas, linen rooms, and cupboards to set standards, strip rooms for attendants, replenish stock supplies on housekeeping shelves, and report any damage or malfunctions to maintenance
• Deliver guest requests promptly, recheck and organize guest dry cleaning collections, and report unusual behaviors/activities on floors to superiors to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
• Complete all outlined shift tasks, report and submit lost and found articles immediately, and ensure requests from Supervisors, HOD, and Senior Management are carried out in a timely manner
• Comply with company corporate code of conduct, hotel rules and regulations, Colleague Handbook provisions, grooming and uniform standards, and timekeeping and attendance policies at all times
• Actively participate in training and development programs to maximize self-development opportunities, work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds, and remain flexible to cover other Housekeeping roles as per business needs

Previous experience in a premium hospitality setting is preferred. You have strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and proficiency in conversational English to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
