We are currently recruiting for a Head Bartender to join the iconic May Fair Bar at The 5 Star May Fair Hotel, a Radisson Collection Hotel.

• An amazing opportunity to join the May Fair Bar team located within our 5 Star May Fair Hotel—a Radisson Collection Hotel—as a Head Bartender.
• The role of Head Bartender will involve working a fast‑paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of the May Fair Bar team and our brand standards.
• As a Head Bartender you will be expected to lead and support the bar team, including training, coaching, and developing the bar team.
• Be competent with IT applications such as Open Table, Adecco and Micros, and be able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.

• Previous Head Bartender experience of working in a high‑end liquor‑led bar operation is essential.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Have experience of leading, training and coaching a team.
• Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest liquor and food trends.
