We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to manage the Clubroom operations, delivering high‑quality food and exceptional member service. You will oversee a team, coordinate events such as BBQs and quiz nights, and ensure smooth daily operations across indoor and outdoor facilities.

• Supervise and support the food and beverage team in daily operations.
• Manage operational standards for service, quality and member satisfaction.
• Oversee events, including seasonal activities, special events and hospitality functions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational procedures.
• Foster a professional, safe and welcoming environment for members.
• Mentor team members, providing guidance and sharing best practices.

• Experience managing a large operational service facility (e.g., restaurant, leisure facility, retail, or attraction).
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and motivated, proud of delivering high‑quality food and service.
• Passionate about customer service and creating a positive member experience.
