About Klarent Hospitality

Klarent Hospitality are recruiting a Group Reservations Executive to join our UK & Ireland hotel brand portfolio. We pride ourselves on rewarding hard work and long service while providing growth opportunities.

The Role
  • Convert inquiries into contracted business quickly
  • Respond positively to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads
  • Identify suitable sales leads and act upon them
  • Respond to all customers in a highly professional manner, ensuring all reservations are completed accurately to the Guest’s expectation
  • Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotel’s brand standards
