• Handle luggage and ensure safe storage and retrieval
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas
• Assist with deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Provide information and assistance to members and guests as needed
• Support the reception and concierge teams with various tasks

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items
• Professional appearance and demeanour
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
