Mercure London Bankside Hotel
, we are looking for a Night Auditor to bring a sparking personality to the role.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the ‘face of Mercure London Bankside’, welcoming guests during the night and ensuring their well‑being
  • Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and liaise with other departments to guarantee a wonderful guest experience
  • Perform night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure everyone's safety
  • Maintain confidence in all aspects of guest relations, recognising all guests including those who require special attention
Additional Requirements
  • Fluency in English
  • Capability to understand guests' perspectives to enhance service quality
  • Training will be provided in all front‑of‑house functions and the safety of the property and personnel
