Hyatt Regency London Olympia will be part of a major redevelopment project transforming Olympia, London's historic convention centre into a comprehensive convention, entertainment, and cultural district. The hotel will offer 204 rooms, a bar and restaurant, a lobby lounge, and three meeting rooms, with direct connectivity to the London Olympia Convention Centre.

• Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service throughout the night.
• Manage late check‑ins, early check‑outs, and assist with any guest requests.
• Oversee night audits to ensure accurate recording of daily transactions and prepare reports.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless night operations and act as the primary point of contact during night time operations.
• Oversee health and safety as well as security operations at the hotel during the night, conducting regular patrols and inspections.

Previous experience in hotel front office management within the luxury segment is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
