LUGGAGE PORTER - BTLR / RECEPTIONIST

We are searching for BTLRSto join our team at Chateau Denmark.

Anything but traditional  our BTLRS will orchestrate a new chapter for staying up in London.

As a BTLR we look for you to possess a natural curiosity, desire to, assist and even befriend our guests. Possessing the ability to multi-task aligned with a fierce desire to develop, you will be absorbing knowledge on an ongoing basis from your workplace, the wider Outernet district and the community.

As a highly valued team member you’ll be a key part of the guest experience, helping define and articulate it from arrival to departure. Bringing an unparalleled level of service you’ll work closely with colleagues embodying a no half measures attitude.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Guest arrival and check-in.
• Drink serving and recommendation.
• Recommendation of local facilities (chemist, post office, café, takeaway options).
• Luggage delivery and storage.
• Rooming guests
• Guest departure and check-out.
• Organising transportation.
• Maximising revenue streams.
