• Process hotel linen, towels, guest clothing, and staff uniforms in line with brand standards.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and presses.
• Inspect items for stains, damage, or wear and report any issues promptly.
• Sort, fold, and distribute clean linen to housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laundry room at all times.
• Support with inventory checks and stock rotation.
• Handle guest laundry with care, accuracy, and discretion.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene policies.
• Assist colleagues and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
