Full Time - Payment:
Hourly - Salary: £14.70 per hour + tronc
- Managing and coordinating restaurant bookings across all booking systems
- Acting as a key point of contact for guest enquiries, group bookings and special requests
- Ensuring booking information is accurate, up to date and clearly communicated to the restaurant team
- Supporting the management team to maximise covers and optimise table planning
- Working closely with front of house, sales and operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintaining accurate records, confirmations and reports
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the guest journey through thoughtful coordination and communication
- Upholding brand standards and delivering a warm, professional and relatable service at every touchpoint
- Previous experience in a reservations, bookings, F&B or hospitality coordination role
- Comfortable working with booking and reservation systems
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident, clear communicator with a natural, guest‑focused approach
- Adaptable, calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities
- A team player who enjoys working with people and supporting a fast‑paced operation
- Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional experiences
