We are seeking a motivated and professional Front of House Receptionist to join our team.
- Manage reservations using the Sevenrooms booking platform.
- Utilize Knight Key, Groupon, and Fork Hospitality for seamless operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Allocate and set floor plan management.
- Maintain a welcoming and presentable front‑of‑house environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Proficient in Sevenrooms, Knight Key, Groupon, Fork Hospitality, and Microsoft applications.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Strong leadership, ownership, and communication skills.
