The 26-floor art’otel London Hoxton promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display, with 357 guest bedrooms and suites, 10 Meeting and Event spaces, a lounge, gym, In-Room Dining and two destination restaurants.

We are hiring our Bars Manager to join our team at Solaya
, our restaurant, bar, located on the 25th floor of the stunning art’otel London Hoxton. This new restaurant, led by Michelin-starred Chef Kenny Atkinson, features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London’s skyline, and The Brush
, which is an all-day Grand Cafe, Lounge and Cocktail Bar located on the ground and first floor, inspired by some of the best dishes & drinks across Europe.

As our Bars Manager

As our Bars Manager
, you will:

• Have experience managing a large team in a high-performance operation.
• Be a passionate and highly motivated Leader with the ability to inspire your team
• Know mixology techniques and cocktail recipes.
• Inspire others: you lead by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service.
• Be used to managing a busy bar environment
• Create and implement new designs for cocktails
• Have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and business performance
