This is a premium residential night concierge position in one of Fulham’s most beautiful private communities – ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, building rapport with residents, and working in a quieter, more considered night environment.

You’ll be the reassuring overnight presence for residents and guests, responsible for front‑of‑house service, safety and smooth overnight operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming residents and guests and providing a warm, professional service.
• Being the first point of contact for overnight enquiries or requests.
• Carrying out regular building, security and safety checks.
• Managing bookings, access and resident queries.
• Supporting with light IT or system queries.
• Maintaining immaculate presentation of shared areas.
• Assisting with valet parking when required driving licence essential

• Experience in luxury concierge, hospitality, hotels, guest services or premium residential.
• Calm, polished and confident manner.
• Naturally observant and security‑aware.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Comfortable working independently overnight.
• Good IT awareness and attention to detail.

• £34,000‑£38,000 salary (depending on experience).
