• Have previous experience working in a fast pace kitchen environment
• Have the passion to produce food to the highest quality
• Loves working as part of a passionate team
• Have the creativity to come up with new ideas for menus and to trial them

• Carry out the preparatory work for creating dishes
• Help train and support our Commis Chefs
• Assist the team in preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to the required standards
• Help prepare dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time
• Help check food items on delivery and tidy them into cold storage
• Keep equipment and work spaces clean and tidy

Salary: £15.78 per hour (£32,001 per annum) + monthly share of service charge
