Overview

As a Concierge at Park Plaza
, you are the first and last person guests see, providing a welcoming and personalized experience. Your helpful, can‑do approach and passion for great service will create an amazing impression every time. You support the Head Concierge and represent the department in their absence.

Responsibilities
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
  • Promotes a helpful and professional image to our guests and team, managing requests promptly, helpfully, politely, and with a caring attitude
  • Ensures a personalised five‑star service is given to all guests and clients of the hotel; remains aware of daily arrivals, including regular guests and VIPs
  • Arranges concierge services such as providing information and recommendations about local events and activities, luggage assistance, carriage arrangements, and car services
  • Possesses a good command of English and excellent communication skills
  • Shares our values:

  • Has previous experience as a concierge in a hotel
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to deliver a consistently high level of service under pressure
  • Proven experience in a similar concierge role
