As a Room Attendant at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you’ll play a key role in creating an environment of elegance and comfort for our guests. • Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of luxury and detail
• Ensure rooms are checked and signed off to meet Nobu’s exacting requirements
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
• Record and communicate guest preferences to deliver personalised experiences
• Report maintenance issues quickly and accurately
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment with care and efficiency
• Support and mentor new team members, fostering collaboration and excellence
• Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work and guest care
• Uphold safety procedures and statutory standards at all times
• Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
