We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to work in our Bloomsbury, central London hotel. The role involves preparing, serving, and maintaining high standards of food and drinks in a fast‑paced environment.

Zero‑Hours Contract – 40 hours per week (weekends & bank holidays included). Shift times: 15:30‑00:00 and 17:30‑02:00.

Pay: £25,856.00 annually + Super‑annuation, tips and benefits.

• Prepare and serve drinks according to brand standards.
• Process orders accurately in Micros.
• Set up the buffet each morning.
• Replenish stock levels during service.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to guests.

• 1 year experience as a Host or F&B Assistant in hotels or bar environmentli>
• Natural flair for customer service and passion for food & beverage.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Team‑oriented attitude.
• Positive and caring personality.
• Proficient in English.

• Experience in the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.
• Knowledge of Micros.
