• Shift Pattern
  :
  Monday‑Friday, 40 hours

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen areas and equipment are kept throughout service
• Collect and wash dirty pots and pans
• Keep work surfaces, walls, and floors clean and sanitised at all times
• Ensure crockery, cutlery, and equipment are clean and ready for service
• Help with basic food preparation and cooking tasks when required
• Manage the emptying of bins, waste, and recycling in the kitchen
• Carrying out weekly and monthly deep‑cleaning duties in line with company guidelines

• Strong work ethic – keen to get involved within the kitchen
• Great team player – happy to help others out
