Responsibilities:
Set up meeting rooms with essentials like pens and water
Manage kitchen duties and ensure cleanliness
Clean down rooms and reset them for the next meeting
Prepare refreshments and deliver them promptly to rooms
Maintain a busy and inviting environment
Requirements:
Proactive attitude
Friendly and approachable demeanour
Presentable appearance
Ability to thrive in a busy environment
