We are actively seeking an accomplished and experienced professional to lead transformative initiatives specific to the medical sector. With a consultancy or management strategy background, you will leverage your expertise to deliver impactful change transformation in healthcare delivery and operations. This position requires someone who can diagnose change needs, develop actionable transformation strategies, and implement solutions for meaningful improvements in medical processes, technologies, and organisational capabilities.

This role is dedicated to driving medical transformation projects that aim to modernise, streamline, and optimise healthcare operations. You will play a key role in redefining how healthcare organisations function, ensuring better patient outcomes, enhanced service delivery, and operational efficiency.

• Own and lead the delivery of transformative projects, driving change specifically in healthcare services and medical operations.
• Evaluate existing processes within medical organisations and identify areas for improvement and modernisation.
• Define and execute tailored change management strategies to support the transition to more efficient healthcare models.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and leadership teams to ensure actions align with medical transformation goals.
• Act as the main consultant to manage critical healthcare-specific initiatives such as digital health adoption, patient-centred care models, and operational redesign.
• Conduct data-driven analyses, delivering actionable insights to promote high standards across systems and procedures in medical fields.
• Build consensus among stakeholders at all levels to implement solutions that align with the organisation’s overarching objectives.
• Foster innovation by integrating new technologies and methodologies into healthcare operations.
• Assess the impact and success of transformation initiatives, adapting strategies where necessary to achieve long-term results.
• Facilitate team workshops and meetings designed to communicate objectives, build engagement, and ensure alignment on medical transformation priorities.

• Substantive experience in consultancy or management strategy roles with a proven track record in driving healthcare or medical transformation.
• Expertise in implementing change management strategies within the medical field, healthcare organisations, or similar sectors.
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, operational challenges, and modernisation strategies.
• Demonstrable ability to manage complex projects within medical organisations, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
• Familiarity with innovations such as digital transformation, integrated healthcare models, and data-driven decision-making in medical contexts.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, paired with the ability to deliver practical solutions.
