Position: Respiratory Practice Nurse (Permanent)
Location: Greater London

If you are a Respiratory Practice Nurse / Registered Nurse (RGN) looking for a Monday to Friday role paying up to £45,046 per annum, this North London position offers clinical autonomy, structure, and the opportunity to focus purely on respiratory care within primary care. You will work regular 9am to 5pm hours, without nights or weekends, supporting patients with long-term respiratory conditions.

You will work independently across GP practices, running specialist respiratory clinics while being part of a wider, established clinical service that values consistency, evidence-based practice, and professional development. This role suits nurses who want to deepen their respiratory expertise and see the direct impact of their work on patient outcomes.

About the Company
You will be joining a nationally recognised provider of specialist respiratory services within primary care, known for supporting GP practices to deliver consistent, guideline-led care for patients with long-term respiratory conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist COPD and asthma clinics within GP practices.

• Conduct patient audits and clinical reviews to improve respiratory outcomes.

• Support and upskill practice teams in respiratory management aligned with NICE guidance.

• Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

About You

• Registered Nurse with active NMC registration and experience in primary care respiratory reviews.

• Minimum of three years’ experience managing COPD and or asthma in a clinical setting.

• Confident interest in respiratory management, including spirometry, with a full UK driving licence.
