** Monday, Thursday and Friday This role is working front of house rather than back-office. You'll be the welcoming face of the company and will be required to provide a warm, friendly and knowledgeable service at all times. As well as being immaculately presented you will be expected to provide an emphatic and efficient patient experience from start to finish.

You will meet and greet and carry out various admin duties. This is a busy role, so if you enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same, this could be just the role for you! we all have a part to play in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Other’s may think this is just a role in Reception but to us,  be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives Dealing with face to face, telephone and E-Mail queries with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills In this role you will learn from our leading experts and will contribute the vital care of our patients, as a valued member of the HCA Group.

Previous healthcare industry experience would be advantageous

Face to face customer service experience Experience using EMIS would be beneficial Good general level of education to GCSE level or equivalent, 5 GCSEs or more preferred at C grade or above (demonstrated through a competency-based interview) or equivalent

Computer literate with proven experience of Microsoft Office and experience of information systems
