Any similar experience would be ideal, but it isn't essential especially because we'll make sure you have the training you need to develop your skills and progress your career with us.

Person Specification Qualifications
  • No specific qualifications are required, but previous experience in a similar role or working with the elderly would be an advantage. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and support to develop their skills and progress their career with Barchester Healthcare.
