As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs within their own homes or a day opportunities setting. The role focuses on enabling people to engage in meaningful activities, develop skills and participate fully in their community. You will also provide personalised support with meals, personal care, communication and wellbeing always promoting dignity, choice, and independence.
