This is a full-time Home Visiting Physiotherapist role based in London. As a key member of our team, the Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of physical conditions to restore movement and functionality. Daily responsibilities include creating personalized treatment plans, monitoring patients’ progress, and educating them about exercise and movement strategies to prevent further injuries. The role involves engaging with patients at our clinics or providing home-based care as needed.

• Expertise in assessing and diagnosing physical health conditions, implementing treatment plans, and making recommendations for patient rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and experience with exercise-based rehabilitation approaches.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
• Commitment to maintaining professional development, staying updated with new therapies and techniques.
• A recognized qualification in Physiotherapy and full registration with the relevant regulatory body.
• Previous clinical experience, strong problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail are beneficial.
• Familiarity with delivering care in various environments, including home-based settings, is an advantage.
