We have a Band 6 Specialist Occupational Therapy vacancy at Barnet Unplanned Care Service based at Finchley Memorial Hospital.
Who We Are Looking ForAre you a Band 6 Occupational Therapist looking for a new challenge or an experienced Band 5 seeking your first band 6 role? If the answer is “yes”, we would love to hear from you! We would also consider a Band 5 developmental role.
We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate and enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent holistic care and interventions.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be able to be creative and be resourceful in your approach to client rehabilitation using your clinical skills to assess and create intervention plans for a varied caseload of patients.
As a B6 Occupational Therapist you will also be responsible for providing supervision, support and education to other junior therapists, students and community support workers.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in service development opportunities and audits. There is a commitment to evidence based practice and you will be encouraged to look for opportunities to promote this within the teams and seek out potential research projects.
Having a full UK driving licence and access to own transport for business purposes are essential.
