Overview
Support Worker (NOT OPEN TO SPONSORSHIP). 37.5 hours per week. Salary: £12.31 per hour. Shifts between 7.30am and 10pm. You must be flexible to work both shifts and weekends.
Service type: a bespoke service designed to support autistic adults and adults with learning disabilities.
Responsibilities- Supporting people with very complex behavioural needs
- Personal care
- Providing the best support possible in a challenging environment
- Working to person-centred/behavioural support plans
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
- Essential:
Experience with complex behavioural needs

All successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS check. The role may be exempt from the Equality Act 2010.
