We are currently recruiting a full-time SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in a specialist provision in Croydon, supporting pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
This role is to start as soon as possible and is ideal for someone with experience supporting pupils with complex needs in a specialist or SEN setting.

Key responsibilities:

* Supporting pupils with PMLD on a 1:1 and small-group basis

* Assisting with personal care, sensory learning, and daily routines

* Supporting communication and engagement using multi-sensory approaches

* Working closely with teachers and specialist staff to implement care and learning plans

* Ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment
Requirements:

* Experience working with PMLD or complex needs (essential)

* Comfortable supporting personal care

* Patient, reliable, and committed to SEN education

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
