This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real difference, delivering high-quality clinical services while providing guidance and support to both employers and employees.
Key Responsibilities Deliver a full range of occupational health services including case management, fitness-for-work assessments, health surveillance, vaccinations, and phlebotomy. Provide clear, practical guidance drawing on professional judgement and up-to-date clinical knowledge. Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Support clients in reducing absence, facilitating return-to-work plans, and promoting a healthy working environment. Undertake clinical supervision and peer audits in relation to case management.
Act as an ambassador for occupational health services, supporting health promotion initiatives and wellness activities. Ensure compliance with professional standards, company policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest standard of care. Requirements Nursing qualification with NMC registration. Occupational Health degree or diploma, or demonstrable equivalent experience within occupational health departments. Experience in case management and managing complex referrals. Trained to undertake all clinical services including health surveillance, fitness-to-work medicals, vaccinations, and phlebotomy.
Experience attending, presenting, and hosting client wellness or health promotion days. Strong IT skills and the ability to utilise company systems effectively. Skills & Attributes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied clinical caseload. Professional, approachable, and capable of building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Benefits Salary:
Up to £43,000 per annum, depending on experience 31 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing with length of service. Contributory pension scheme up to 5%.
