A leading health service organization in Greater London is seeking a Care and Support Worker to support residents in a Retirement Living Service. The role involves providing personal care, meal preparation, and support tailored to individual needs. The successful candidate will work on a 3-week rolling rota, including evenings and weekends. A genuine occupational requirement exists under the Sex Discrimination Act for the post holder to be female.
NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.
