Patient Liaison Officer
The Sloane Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, is a leading independent healthcare provider in Kent.
We are seeking a Patient Liaison Officer for our Sales & Marketing department. This full‑time role is 37.5 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern.
Responsibilities- Convert appropriate self‑pay enquiries and consultations into self‑pay procedures within Circle Health Group against pre‑agreed targets.
- Provide a quality service for potential self‑pay patients, ensuring accurate and timely responses to enquiries from patients, consultants, medical secretaries and the National Enquiry Centre (NEC).
- Facilitate necessary access times and information required for patients to convert to a procedure.
- Influence patients to choose Circle Health Group for their procedure.
- Provide pre‑consultation information and indicative pricing accurately and promptly to the NEC and directly enquired patients to maximise conversion to appointment.
- Book appropriate self‑pay patients into suitable clinic appointments.
- Comply with all relevant mandatory training.
- Customer service experience using telephone, written and face‑to‑face communications.
- Working within service performance standards.
- Proven influencing/sales skills.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
Up to £27,000 per year, depending on level of experience, training and qualification.
