Westgate always amazed me with the cleanliness, the activities laid out for the residents, the care and the staff… were exceptional and inspiring.

Every member of the team I met, from the excellent nurses, to the fabulous carers, activity co-ordinators, reception, kitchen, laundry and maintenance staff, go above and beyond to ensure residents are clean, comfortable and safe, no matter how complex their needs.

My Dad is well cared for and is listened too, they are lots of activities for the residents and rooms are kept very clean. Staff are all brilliant and appear to enjoy their job.

I’ve just gotten home and poured myself a glass of wine after visiting my dad, as I know I can relax knowing he is safe and well cared for. Hearing him mention enjoying a lovely shower, having a great chat with a carer, or appreciating the quick responses from team members means the absolute world. Keep doing what you do, it makes such a difference to so many.
