We are seeking an experienced and committed Clinical Lead Nurse to join our well-established nursing home in Ilford.
This is a mixed role, combining supernumerary leadership time with clinical hours on the floor. Hours are negotiable for the right candidate.

The Role:
* Provide strong clinical leadership and support to the nursing team
* Maintain and develop high standards of care and compliance
* Lead by example on the floor when required
* Work closely with the Home Manager to support staff development and continuity of care
Requirements:
* RGN/RMN with current NMC registration
* Proven nursing home experience at senior nurse / leadership level
* Demonstrated longevity and commitment in previous roles
* Confident clinical decision-maker with strong leadership skills
* We are looking for someone who values stability, teamwork, and delivering consistently high standards of care.
